Common requests
- Bug reports — please include your Tesla model, the URL where you saw the bug, and a screenshot if possible.
- Wrong battery spec — if your Tesla's EPA range or chemistry is being detected incorrectly, tell us your VIN (we'll keep it confidential) and we'll add the variant to our spec table.
- Data deletion — to delete all stored telemetry and the cached refresh token, email the address above with the subject “Delete my data” from the email associated with your Tesla account. We'll confirm and process within 7 days.
- Disconnect Certvolt — you can revoke access at any time without contacting us, from your Tesla account at tesla.com/teslaaccount → Settings → Authorized Apps.
What we don't do
We cannot help with Tesla service issues, warranty claims, or anything requiring direct vehicle contact. For those, contact Tesla Service directly via the Tesla mobile app.
